  • -1, I don't agree. Agile development also means that you purify and ease processes and also the ability to adapt to changes. Which happens to be exactly what Scrum is about. Scrum is also about requirements and planning, just differently.

    I never heard the term "technical debt" until scrum popped up on my radar. I've been to the training. Easily sold Snake Oil meant to appeal to management at the expense of long term product quality considerations. 100% bullshit. Although I would totally swallow it if Scrum Masters got to carry a Conan-style sword to womp people who threatened the integrity of the process with. Commented Dec 20, 2012 at 6:17

    +1 for the Scrum rant. I think of Scrum as the "Agile" methodology for people who like waterfall so much they want to do it every two weeks.
