    This honestly does not seem to be the case. As mentioned, the supplier has recently merged with a larger company and new people have come in. Which is good, since one of our biggest projects was in dire need of a more professional approach to it. However the warning about the contract is very useful, thanks for that. It's the first thing I'll take up with them.
