    Edit: The question has received quite a few downvotes thus far, and I'm genuinely surprised at that. I'd be curious where those came from, and why.

    This is a really harsh stack, almost all questions get downvotes. Possibly the question is too long, or maybe some people think it's not theoretical enough and belongs in the Project Management stack.
