The easier it is for your affiliates to share your products, the better your affiliate program will perform and the quicker your sales will grow.

But, affiliates don’t all use the same channels to promote products. Some prefer blogs, some prefer direct messaging and some prefer social media. Here, we’re going to cover the later.

By the end of this page you’ll learn how to make it easy for your affiliate to share your products on social media directly from their affiliate account. To make this happen, all you’ll need to do is:

1. Install the Affiliate Social Share add-on.
2. Enable the social platforms your affiliates can share on.

Let’s dive into it:

Step 1: Installing the Affiliate Social Share add-on

To get started, purchase a SliceWP premium license. Doing this will unlock a collection of powerful add-ons, including Affiliate Social Share.

Once you finish the purchase:

1. From your SliceWP account page, download the .zip file of the add-on.
2. Navigate to your WordPress admin dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and select the .zip file you’ve just downloaded from your account.
3. Install and activate the add-on.

Now that you have the add-on installed, let’s enable the social sharing buttons for your affiliates to use.

Step 2: Enabling the social sharing buttons

The last thing you have to do to have your affiliates sharing on social media, directly from their account, is to enable the platforms you want them to have access to. Here’s how to do it:

1. Navigate to your WordPress admin dashboard > SliceWP > Settings > General (tab).
2. Scroll down until you find the Affiliate Social Share section as shown below.
3. Here, turn on the switch for the platforms you need and reorder them to how you’d like them to be displayed in the affiliates account.

And that’s it.

Now your affiliates can share their promotional link directly from their account page.

The best part is that these buttons are also available for custom generated links, not just the affiliate’s primary promotional link.
