A missing man was last seen in Long Beach over four years ago.
Ralph David Puentes has been missing since July 1, 2020.
He was 58 years old at the time he went missing, and would now be 62.
Puentes is described as a Latino man with hazel eyes and brown hair. He’s five feet eight inches tall and weighs 190 pounds.
He wears eyeglasses, and has two tattoos: the name “Adrian” on his chest, as well as a cross on his left forearm.
