Grab Business Forum successfully held its fifth annual event on 14 May 2024. With the theme 'Resilient Business Forward: Paving The Way to The Bolder Future,' the event aimed to highlight the importance of managing business resilience by ensuring efficient and productive daily operations. Our event was graced by several distinguished business leaders and policymakers, including Bapak Suahasil Nazara, the Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, and Bapak Chatib Basri, an Indonesian senior economist. We were thrilled to have hosted over 130 attendees from 127 tourism companies at the Grab For Business Tourism Talk in Bali, sharing insightful stories about providing first-class services to enhance customer experiences with Grab For Business. The hybrid session also welcomed participants from Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya through an online platform. We sincerely thank our guest speakers who shared their experience of using Grab For Business. Special mention to Traveloka for the trust in GrabCar & GrabBike, increasing the usage of Grab For Business services by up to 250%; Locca Sea House, who has successfully improved its employee and customer mobility by up to 40% through its concierge services using GrabCar; and T Galleria by DFS Bali, which managed to reduce operational costs with GrabGifts. By leveraging technology, Indonesia's tourism industry has more space to grow in the next few years.
