  • Develop industry and market knowledge of the Southeast Asia market and develop and maintain the knowledge database on Notion. Support startups in their understanding of the markets through industry research and outreach to relevant industry experts.
  • Support the scouting process and engage and advise startups on their suitability for expansion to the designated market.
  • Guide the participating startups on the onboarding process and support them during their participation in the program.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings of the startups during the program.
  • Be a buddy to the startups during their participation in the program. Understand their market expansion challenges and guide them to overcome these challenges.
  • Consolidate feedback from mentors and prepare program reports for the startups.
  • For market immersion trips (in-country programs), plan, schedule and organise the trips including sourcing for quotes from vendors.
  • Provide support in the development of the mentor and partner network in Southeast Asia.
  • Work closely with other teams such as marketing, scouting and local country teams to execute cross border programs.
