Role Description
This is a hybrid work role for an Events Administrative Executive. Their main job role includes all administrative support for event planning to execution and tear down.
Responsibilities
Consolidate reports and all administrative paperwork pertaining to events
Handle office operations, facilities and vendor coordination
Manage and collaborate with suppliers and service providers which includes controlling expenditures
Effectively keep track of projects, manage time to meet project deadlines and backup project artwork
Liaise with vendors and clients for needful documents and information
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
General Administration skills
Organisational and multi-tasking skills
Attention to details
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Self-starter who takes initiative and energetic and able to work independently
