Recently, some of us had the privilege of attending a remarkable leadership event in Berlin and we want to mimic the same level of energy in Singapore where colleagues from across Southeast Asia (SEA) gathered to share insights, experiences, and innovative ideas. Over the course of two dynamic days, the discussions and interactions were nothing short of inspiring as we established a new vision for the future, based on transformation, customer-centric solutions, sustainability, and the strengthening of branches around SEA. Beyond the formal sessions, the event offered ample opportunities for networking and building meaningful connections, especially with new colleagues who just joined us. Conversations during breaks, meals, and social events were equally enriching.
