PERI Singapore had a fun-filled energizing teambuilding session recently! The program has been intentionally tailored to fit the internal theme of our teambuild. It is important to us that our outcomes and takeaways be achieved through the day's activities. 🎯 Everyone got together excited and started the day with a workshop. Lots of discussions and ideas were shared amongst our colleagues across different departments. We talked about internal reflections and ways to optimize our process efficiency all whilst focusing on the underlying theme of our event: It's up to YOU: Collaboration, Trust and Mindfulness. Following on from revisiting our strategy and workshopping key strategic outcomes for H2, it was time to anchor our learnings and touch points related to Collaboration, Trust and Mindfulness, with some creative and challenging activities. Our external vendor, TEAMABLE SG facilitated a series of fun games and activities. Each game is purposefully designed to reinforce our overarching theme of Collaboration, Trust and Mindfulness. The finale was concluded victoriously by having the entire PERI Singapore team work together! 👑💯 We ended the day off with a delectable spread of BBQ meats and vegs. It is without a doubt that the team truly enjoyed ourselves and that the intended outcomes of our teambuild theme was realized. 🏗️ Full steam ahead! Progress at the RedLion 2 site is advancing steadily. Situated in Tampines LogisPark, RedLion 2 will be DB Schenker's newest addition to its many current sites. The new industrial warehouse is expected to be completed by the first half of 2025. PER Singapore is proud to be part of this project supplying systems for shoring and cores. 🏗️ One of the latest commercial high-rise project is underway in Singapore's CBD area: 𝟭𝟱 𝗛𝗼𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱. Basement works are recently completed and the project is now in the midst of preparation for the vertical rise! PERI's RCS Rail Climbing System will be utilized as the main system for the climb. Aside from that, VARIO Wallform, VARIO Columnform, ST100 and DUO were also used throughout the project. PERI Singapore celebrates 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆! 🌎 We are proud to have colleagues across 10 different nationalities working together as One. Our diverse talent pool brings us a variety of different perspectives, increased creativity and skilled problem-solving capabilities. A mini celebration was held in the office to commemorate the day. Colleagues from Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and South America shared interesting history and facts about their cultural background. A live-interactive Diversity Quiz was also conducted with the deserving quiz winner, PERI Singapore's Head of Operations, Hidayat Baharin winning a small prize. The session ended off with delicious representative delicacies from different countries. 🍜🍕🌮🍻 It was truly a momentous occasion as we remember and celebrate PERI Singapore's diverse background! Construction is coming to an end at Ispring, a 5-storey industrial development located at 29 New Industrial Road, Singapore! 🎉👏 The project started in Q3 2023 and is expected to complete in Q3 2024. A wide range of PERI systems were utilized on site to fulfil all project requirements: ➤ PERI UP Flex Shoring for beam tableform ➤ PD 8 Table System for slab ➤ DUO System Formwork for water tanks and goods lift ➤ VARIO GT24 Wall Formwork + CB Climbing Formwork for liftcores ➤ VARIO GT 24 Column Formwork for 5.5m to 6.6m of column casting height ➤ Loading Platform supporting up to 3 tonnes of load It was a challenging project for PERI Singapore’s Operations team due to limited material holding space at site. Logistically, material movements have to be planned in advance and delivered on-demand. Nevertheless we overcame this with good communication and coordination.
