🏆 Financial Inclusion Initiative Award 2024—second year in a row! 🏆 Our mission: "Help everyone develop healthy financial habits where they spend smarter, save more and grow their wealth faster." The keyword here is "everyone". We did MANY things that our peers in the industry are NOT doing. 1️⃣ We refused to implement a minimum sum that create artificial barriers for people who don't have much. If our clients can enjoy growth on whatever they have, that's precious progress. 2️⃣ We pushed the minimum saving and investable sum to a mere S$0.01. When we say we want to include everyone, we really meant everyone... We respect any effort to save and will never discriminate by ability. 3️⃣ We refused to charge any fee on our Hugosave Debit Card so that our clients will not be subject to silent costs that add more complexity to their budget. 4️⃣ Some industry peers have a "Don't miss the forest for the tree" attitude when it comes to investing. We show our clients how each tree makes a forest by showing them how much their spare change can build up. Winning this award (for the second time in a row, no less) tells us that we need to continue to improve the app's offerings and roll out more initiatives. This way, we will help more people access powerful savings tools to better prepare for the future.
