You start with 3 lives, and at every level, you get another. You lose a life if you get hit, and 3 are lost if a missile hits you. Every 60 seconds, a power-up (Colored circle) will spawn. If you hit a power-up, you get a buff. Orange power-ups give one life, and Green gives 3. Blue power-ups give immortality for 5 seconds and Purple ones slow the bullets down.
