What an epic day! We had an extraordinary time at the Piab Group AI Day, 2024! Gathering the thought leaders in Swedish industry, we explored the transformative power of AI. Held at Piab Group HQ in Stockholm. The event was a powerhouse of inspiration and knowledge-sharing on how AI is set to revolutionize industrial productivity, automation, robotics, learning, and society at large. The event focused on implemented AI use cases, AI/ML as well as Gen AI, delivering value today. We explored upcoming AI trends and innovations. Participants shared key insights and critical learnings, discussed common mistakes to avoid, and pondered what makes us human in an AI-driven world. We’re thrilled to announce that Mölnlycke has successfully raised EUR 500M via a new 10-year bond issue with a fixed annual coupon of 4.25%, under our Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, maturing in 2034. The bond was over five times oversubscribed, with a peak orderbook in excess of EUR 2.7B, reflecting strong confidence from investors across Europe and beyond. The new bond issue is coupled with a tender offer to buy back our outstanding notes maturing in 2025, with the combined transaction enabling Mölnlycke to further extend the duration of its well-distributed debt maturity profile. The bond will be listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. A big thank you to BNP Paribas, ING, J.P.
