Findings from our recent 10 Hot Consumer Trends report reveal the potential for AI to impact children's development and safety positively. 👦 78 percent of early adopters we surveyed, view the idea of an AI-customized caregiver becoming a reality, with the potential to propel children on a fast-paced learning trajectory and maximize their intellectual potential, and even AI assistants guiding children toward specific career paths chosen by their parents. Yet, 74 percent of consumers express concerns about the potential decline of human values, fearing that an excessive emphasis on AI-generated programs could diminish children's creative and emotional intelligence. With a long-term partnership of more than 20 years, Ericsson has been collaborating with Far EasTone to set a benchmark for sustainability in network modernization. Here’s how we’re driving positive change: 📉 Energy Efficiency with AI Software: Far EasTone has implemented Ericsson’s Service Continuity AI Apps Suite in its 5G network, achieving an impressive 25% energy savings! 🌱 This could potentially reduce carbon emissions by 50,000 tons annually. 📡 Network Expansion with Massive MIMO: Far EasTone has expanded its network with 2,300 new sites using Ericsson’s Massive MIMO portfolio. This enhancement boosts energy efficiency by 68% and increases network capacity by up to 170%! 📶 ♻️ Responsible Recycling: Through the Ericsson Product Take-back Program, we have recycled over 500 metric tons of electronics from legacy radios in the past two years, ensuring that less than 2% of waste goes to landfill. 📈 Future-Focused: As #MobilityReport indicated mobile network traffic is set to triple in the next six years.
