3@Möoz I mean....I linked that question in my post and explained that it doesn't provide an answer...what more do you want?– kingledionCommented Nov 14, 2017 at 5:37

5How does the following not answer your question? ". The upcoming Amazon Prime Original will be produced by Amazon Studios in cooperation with the Tolkien Estate and Trust, HarperCollins and New Line Cinema, a division of Warner Bros. Entertainment."– EdlothiadCommented Nov 14, 2017 at 6:49

2@kingledion If you need more details, I suggest you ask the OP in the other answer for clarification. Asking a whole new question to cover a slightly different point seems unnecessary to me.– MöozCommented Nov 14, 2017 at 7:40

2Well, considering we have a re-open feature. We close questions with answers that come up in the future as "Primarily Opinion Based" (because that's what they are) and when the info becomes available someone casts a re-open vote or asks to have it re-opened and it gets re-opened.– EdlothiadCommented Nov 14, 2017 at 11:52

1Christopher Tolkien resigned from his position as director of the Tolkien Estate two months prior to this announcement, so it probably wasn't him.– ibidCommented Nov 15, 2017 at 6:33

A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
Type the name of the science fictional or fantastical work your question is about (Example:
star-wars
).For questions not specific to any one work, use concept tags to describe your question (Example:
story-identification
).Tagging rules:
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. story-identification), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
