Thank you. I have seen this in the book. However, the text does not have matching meaning/expression. I doubt it's the one.

I just checked the Chinese version of "Dragons of Summer Flame" and yours is the only one matching the quote. I think the person who wrote the quote might have interpreted this quote with his own text. Or else the quote is in another book.

Nice find. I would have assumed it'd be found in Tales III, Raistlin's Daughter.
