As a Customer Success Officer, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support clients. You will be responsible for managing customers' accounts, resolving customer issues and inquiries, upselling services, and providing exceptional service to help Rentokil Initial maintain its position as a leader in the environmental services industry.
Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with services
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Upsell products and services to meet customer needs and preferences
Communicate with customers through multiple channels to maintain strong relationships
Monitor customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies
Requirements
Must be a resident in Saudi Arabia, or Saudi National
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
