Dec 6, 2018 at 22:18 comment added Rykara You're measuring the increase relative to the initial chance. I'm talking it as an absolute difference (compared to a 100% chance). My point is that an ASI is a significant boost to choose a feat in lieu of so it's unimportant which way you compare it.
