Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the management and performance of the SEA channel for 24 national companies in 15 languages;
  • Development of an SEA strategy that is aligned with the aligned with the corporate goals, including Budget allocation for Search Ads, Shopping Ads and retargeting;
  • Management of the SEA agency, communication of the strategy and goals, regular coordination of performance and optimization;
  • Development, conception, implementation and monitoring of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads);
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns to increase efficiency and effectiveness, including;
  • Bid management, ad text optimization and keyword management;
  • Collaboration with the website and analytics team to optimize landing pages in order to increase the conversion rate;
  • Exchange with and training of national companies;
  • Constant monitoring of market trends and new technologies in the SEA sector and their possible integration into existing campaigns;


Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, media sciences or communication sciences communication sciences; alternatively;
  • Completed training and relevant professional experience;
  • Several years of experience in the field of SEA (Google Ads / Bing Ads) with a focus on search and shopping ads;
  • Experience in dealing with service providers/agencies (or professional experience in the agency environment) and in Management of several country accounts;
  • High analytical skills with regard to relevant KPIs and appropriate handling of analysis tools;
  • Ideally experience in the B2B sector;
  • Experience in the use and knowledge of functionality of bid management tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, YouTube;
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage (preferably French, Italian, Spanish).
