Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 08:30- 17:30, in a hybrid setup from the office in Iasi.

How you'll make an impact:


  • Responsible for new business onboarding coordination of new contracts for Utility Bill Management services;

  • Activate, collect, and archive customer bills from suppliers’ websites and directly from emails, as support for the data collection team when required;

  • Input regularly in the current delivery systems the bill information required by the process, ensuring the right level of precision in this activity and within agreed timescales;

  • Validate the bills following the processes linked to this activity, reporting the results to the UBM TL and different stakeholders (internal and external) on a regular basis;

  • Follow up with relevant parties any discrepancies identified in the validation processes until resolution, to ensure the accuracy and quality of the invoices issued by the suppliers;

  • Help resolve bill queries when required, depending on the customers' SLAs and SOWs;

  • Report regularly to the UBM Management on the customer bill cycle, portfolio setup, and validation status;

  • Verify and update the availability of bills based on the internal customer priority list or at the client's request;

  • Accounts Payable support for the prepaid Clients;

  • Bespoke reporting based on validated data and as detailed in the SOWs;

  • Gather details from the service delivery team to maintain the internal DTPs and update them as required;

  • Assist the UBM Management with specific projects, service improvement initiatives, and other duties as required.


  • Skills that make your work successful:


  • Bachelor’s Degree;

  • Experience in invoice processing and supplier management is desired;

  • Strong project management, critical thinking, organization/time management, and problem-solving skills;

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results;

  • Solid understanding of and experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis with proficiency in Excel;

  • Proven ability to work independently in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

  • Excellent client and supplier relationship management skills.
