Job Title: Data analyst & Marketing automations

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Hybrid

Job description:

• Full time, 8 hours/day
• Hybrid - some days might be required in the Cluj-Napoca office. Monday is a must, then everything else is usually free to choose remote/office

Your responsibilities will include:

• Funnel management
• Optimizing and implementing automation changes in our internal tools
• MongoDB database management
• Creating and setting up google sheets for the campaign team based on the campaign specifications and requirements.
• Managing campaign data within sheets, ensuring correct naming conventions are used, and overseeing data import into our CRM.
• Assisting the team in troubleshooting formula and sheet-related issues.
• Handling requests from the team for campaign data and benchmarks, providing accurate and timely information.
• Analyzing trends in campaign data, generating insights, and sharing findings with the team to inform decision-making.
• Assist in the development of processes and reports to manage campaigns efficiently using Google Sheets.

Required experience to apply:

• Proficiency using Google Sheets
• Ability to troubleshoot formulas and sheet - related issues
• Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
• Competent writing and communication skills
• Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure
• Understand Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements)
• Experience in MongoDB/ database queries
• fluent English

Not a must, but a plus:

• Basic coding, especially google scripts coding.
• Python knowledge
