Summary of the job:

As Internal Communication Coordinator for Romania, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and measuring engaging internal communications campaigns that respond to local needs, while being aligned with the company’s global strategy, culture, and values.

You will work closely with the senior business stakeholders and the Romania Marketing and Communications Lead to understand local needs and objectives, and design effective communication solutions.

This role is key in shaping and enhancing the employee experience at Accenture in Romania.

How you’ll make an impact:


  • Design and execute the internal communication plan for Accenture in Romania, following global guidelines and local specific needs;

  • Provide timely, relevant, and accurate information to employees through the appropriate channels so that they can: understand the company's vision, strategy, brand positioning, stay informed of key initiatives and latest news, access the information they need, and feel engaged in the local culture;

  • Work closely with the local business stakeholders and the other Corporate Functions to produce effective communications for supporting strategic employee programs and increasing employee engagement;

  • Deliver integrated campaigns with clear objectives;

  • Have clear visibility of the primary internal communications channels (and their performance) aligned to the respective audience and business stakeholders;

  • Collaborate with Candidate Marketing Lead to ensure consistency between internal and external communications and support employer brand initiatives;

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the communication activities and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement;

  • Create content (writing and editing), ensure proper orchestration of communication channels;

  • Manage the budget of all internal communications activities.

  • Manage external vendors, as needed.


  • You will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM in a hybrid setup.

    Type of contract: this is an contractor role valid for 2 years with the possibility of extension.

    Skills that make your work successful:


  • Marketing / Communications / PR university degree is recommended ;

  • Minimum of 5 years Marketing & Communications or Public Relations experience;

  • Minimum of 3 years of Internal Communications experience acquired within a global corporation or professional services company with matrix organizational environment and multiple locations;

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for different audiences and channels;

  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate internal communication campaigns and initiatives;

  • Committed and results oriented;

  • Able to work independently and also integrate with other functions;

  • Strong organization skills and attention to details.
