PROS: I like the interface a lot. It is so much better than the one that we had before. I didn’t have a hard time adjusting to Sprinklr, so I recommend it to others as well.

CONS: The system can work slow when uploading content at the same time, especially videos. I suggest to upload them at specific intervals for things to work smoothly.

PROS: It is a very simple and straightforward tool meant to schedule and boost social media content. It gives our team the chance to collaborate on how to solve customer issues and improve our service.

CONS: We had issues when it comes to rules engines because it is new to us. No one from the team can figure it out, so we had to call customer service and ask for help.

PROS: One of the main advantages of using Sprinklr is it gives us bigger visibility of all the social media platforms that we handle to promote our business. Using a single platform allows us to multitask and view updates faster than logging in to each platform individually. With this kind of technology, we are confident that we can produce better products and effectively communicate with clients from all over the world. I am happy and grateful that Sprinklr allowed us to expand our business and provide excellent service through the power of social media marketing.

CONS: We often use Sprinklr in our desktops and laptops; however, we would like to encourage some of our employees to work off-site to improve their productivity. It would be nice to access Sprinklr through their cellphones without going through some severe issues besides latency. Allowing us to work anywhere can bring some positive changes to our company because we would now have the capability to provide solutions 24/7.

PROS: For the first few years, we were not active in social media because we prefer to market our products traditionally. However, since the market has become more competitive, we decided to give Sprinklr a try and see how it works. I am so happy with the positive results and feedback that we are getting based on the articles and videos we upload. I can always make my reports to help gauge our performance.

CONS: There is nothing much that I do not like about Sprinklr except for some challenges in determining the right audience for my product posts. But in totality, I appreciate using this product because it helps me promote stuff on social media sites, which helps boost our sales.

PROS: My team finds it easier to handle our Facebook and Instagram accounts with the help of Sprinklr. It allows them to carefully choose their content good for one month and create a specific posting schedule, and Sprinklr will automatically do all the work. It is also an effective platform if you aim to attract and engage with more clients to use your brand. This product is capable of doing Geo-analytic work that can determine if a person is searching or using our brand, making it easier to promote our products and services.

CONS: Targeting a specific type of audience for our brand can sometimes be challenging, especially if the location has poor demographics. The good thing is that the employees from Sprinklr are trained to help us handle these concerns by providing us with other suggestions.

PROS: I like the way Sprinklr works is because we don’t have to upload all our content manually. It usually takes our staff 2-3 hours a day to accomplish this, which is very time-consuming and affects our productivity. The tool is so straightforward that anyone from our team can upload brand new content and respond to customer comments on our social media accounts. Every day, we tend to interact with more than a hundred customers, and we are glad that we can serve them right. In return, they give us excellent feedback, which attracts new clients in return.

CONS: They should work harder to develop their smartphone versions because we have latency issues every time we try to use this, especially when we are out of the office. Sometimes I would like to access different sites to check how our posts are doing. It would be nice if we could interact with our clients even if we are on the go. It makes us more efficient, and it allows us to close more deals.

PROS: My job requires me to take good care of all social media accounts by promoting our brand, uploading content, and chatting with our customers. Using Sprinklr gives me an advantage by making my work more manageable because I only have to open one platform. This allows me to multitask faster and focus on my job better. CONS: I need to have a fast and stable connection to address the latency issues that I am experiencing. There are times that I cannot open multiple social media accounts, which is one of the reasons why I won’t be able to reply to queries ASAP.

PROS: It provides my team with the ability to publish various content into different social media channels to promote brand awareness. It gives us the capability to start a conversation, upload videos, start a series of blogs, and post it in our accounts, hoping to get more people to react to our content. Our current workflow is much smoother and faster than before, thus allowing us to provide real-time responses to our clients, which helps us set higher standards for our customer service.

CONS: Learning materials and modules are very sensitive materials that should not be sold easily using social media platforms. There are scenarios wherein our goods were plagiarized by some of our competitors and sold at a lower price. The value of our hard work has been disregarded, and our employees feel demoralized. I suggest not to overuse Sprinklr and be more careful in sharing content so that our products remain safe at all times.
