PROS: The product is well-organized with clean and clear interface. It offers great set of features and integrations. There is no need to build dashboards from the start and to download the engagement console or to search for java support. I like that social analytics, engagement and publishing is in one place and you can go around from scheduling posts, engaging customers, searching for topic trends and opportunities without leaving the URL.

CONS: I don’t like that the analytics dashboard doesn’t provide customizable options and this means that there is no way to customize widgets based on word cloud, topic trends, top countries and languages and etc. It would be great if they could include drill-down filtering and even more features to data geeks.

CONS: Where to begin. I have used nearly every social scheduling tool in my 10 years of social media work. This is by far the clunkiest, most difficult to use program on the market. -They are extremely slow to add functionality available on other platforms. For example, Buffer, a cheap program, had the ability to schedule IG stories years ago. Social Studio JUST added it. -Very buggy when uploading content and no ability to store content within the program. I have issues uploading content or working with draft content about 1/3 of the time. -No ability to schedule multiple posts at one time (ie: schedule 1 Facebook post to post 3 times over 2 months.) -No integration with any marketing cloud calendars. Isn't this the POINT of using salesforce? -Approval process. When I first asked Salesforce to add an approval process to posts they said; "we've never had anyone ask us that before." Really??? In an age of agencies and professional social media marketing, you have NEVER been asked that? Wild.

PROS: With Social Studio we can easily create Salesforce Service Cloud in most easiest way. Also, this tool allows us to keep track of various social channels at the same time.

CONS: The functionality of publishing posts on Facebook needs some improvements. Also, the update of the app on my mobile is not same as the update on my desktop. Facebook feed has some issues, the feed is not updated in 3 days and we are not sure when they will fix the issue and this means that we cannot send contents from Facebook to Service Cloud.

PROS: Social Studio is a leading social tool. We managed to implement the platform on more than 30 languages over the world. We covered up the setup and trainings with various consultants and partners. This system is easy to use and it’s not complex as Radian6 for e.g. We use it for improving the communication with our clients and for social responses. The most important thing is that the Social Studio is part of Salesforce, and we can surely say that meets all our needs.

CONS: The product provides with great business and social media solutions but it needs some improvements: we cannot fit specific details and complex listening contents, also we cannot cover all Chinese social networks for responding.

PROS: We implemented this platform on 30+ languages over the world. We covered up the set up and trainings with lot of consultants and partners. The software is easy to use and it is not complex as others. It is great tool for interacting with our clients and for managing social responses. I like that this program is part of Salesforce.

CONS: We cannot include specific details and complex listening contents, and we cannot even cover all Chinese social networks when it comes to responding.

PROS: Social studio platform is easy to use and you can learn it quickly and easily. The tool offers analytics and there is no need to search on Radian6 for listing data. It allows you to easily share photos, quotes and links with everyone and you can track those who used it, what site they posted it on and to track the engagement rate of every shared post.

CONS: They could improve the functionality for social media networks because I can’t see the chekc ins nor mentions on Twitter, it doesn’t show the shares on Facebook and I cannot connect Linkedln University. Also, the sentiment rating is not always accurate because it shows the comments as negative for e.g. comments like “I’d die to have this product”.

PROS: Social Studio allows you to create Salesforce Service Cloud case with only one button. Also, you can monitor various social channels at the same time.

CONS: They need to improve the functionality of publishing contents on Facebook, I think we only publish posts on Twitter. Also, when it comes to updates the mobile app doesn’t update like the desktop version. We have issues with Facebook feed, we cannot get solution from the service team because the feed is not updated in 3 days, we don’t know when the issue will be fixed, and we are not able to send contents from Facebook to Service Cloud.

PROS: I like the weekly calendar because it shows me all published posts and it allows me to schedule future posts. The drag-and-drop feature is great and easy and highly useful for rescheduling posts. The team behind this product constantly releases new features so we can have better experience with this product.

CONS: It can be buggy sometimes and the tracking tool for monitoring posts needs some improvements.

PROS: Social Studio helps us to manage our multiple business units with multiple social accounts from one place. The smoothly integration with other platforms within the iOS app is very powerful thing, especially integration with Radian6 Topic Profile. The setup for workflow is intuitive and very effective for our team management, everyone can post to several accounts. I’d like to say that the ability to include stock photo accounts to Social Studio accounts is very practical.

CONS: I have some minor dislikes. Social data gathered doesn’t integrate with any other database within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Also, the links posted from app don’t match with the links in production during the scheduling process. I have to say that Social Studio is more expensive than its competitors. They need to improve their customer data gathering.

PROS: You don’t have to worry about using social studio, the platform is easy to use and you can learn to use the platform quickly and easily. This platform provides you with analytics and you don’t need to search on Radian6 for listening data. You can easily share photos, quotes, links with everyone and you can even see who used it, what site they posted it on, and you can even see the engagement rate of each shared post.

CONS: They need to improve the functionalities for social media networks, for e.g. on Twitter I can’t see check ins, mentions, I cannot see shares on Facebook, I can’t connect Likedln University. Also, the sentiment rating isn’t working correctly, because it shows some comments as negative like: “I would die to have this product.” They need to implement other options.

PROS: I can see weekly calendar of all posts that are published and the ability to schedule future posts for publishing. CONS: I have some issues with some bugs from time to time. Also, they need to improve their tracking tool for monitoring posts. We found that some tools within some social networks are easier and they even provide better results and detailed information.

PROS: Complete feature set for Analytics, Customer Engagement, and Publishing with advanced interface. Everyone can learn how to use, publish and engage its customers via Social Studio. Very stable and clear platform, works perfectly.

CONS: I don’t have something to dislike about the product. I have some suggestions for new features I would like to see within the platform such as: approval workflow for interaction, conversation history and I would like to see some improvements in Topic Profile Keyword options.

The engagement tool is very powerful and useful tool.

CONS: Limited functionality. The analytics dashboard doesn’t have customizable options. You cannot customize widgets that are based on word cloud, topic trends, top countries and languages, keyword groups, sentiment and other. I need feature for drill-down filtering. The data geeks need some more features.

PROS: Easy to set up and great dynamic feeds, design is not complicated at all so everyone can learn it easily and start using it. Social Studio tools are various and detailed, and all these tools help you to achieve great experience into the social networks world. The good thing about this system is that you will feel what is like to work as a team.

CONS: It takes to much time to load the feeds. Also there are some technical issues. It would be great if they can expand the analytics tool. The ability to reach specific kind of information is limited. Also, I have found that when I click one button the program does something that is completely different.
