SendX Review

PROS: We have been working non-stop for the past months to find a better solution to increase our sales numbers. We then decided to give SendX a try and see how it works for us. The good thing is that the product did not fail our expectations, but it exceeded it. That is why we would like to keep it to help us grow our existing lead database and help us attain our internal goals, mainly to retain clients and increase revenue. Also, SendX has a high compatibility rate with our current CRM tool, which made things easier for us. Nowadays, we are getting an increased number of responses from the emails we have been sending. If you want to achieve something great, use tools like SendX to make them come true. You’ll notice the difference in how to run an effective email marketing campaign with the help of SendX.

CONS: I have noticed that we have been using the same templates on our emails over and over again. I am afraid that the clients may notice this and would start to get tired of our emails. Hopefully, SendX can come up with a better-looking template in the future. I will also suggest this to our CS team and see how it goes.

PROS: Relatively easy to learn, you can figure it your own. It is very results-oriented programming.

CONS: Sometimes the system does not work according to my expectations. They have an effective team that can help straighten out specific system issues that pop up now and then.

PROS: It comes with lots of features that help you customize your emails. Reading the content feels more personal and engaging from a customer's standpoint.

CONS: They could develop their reporting portal. I need to see my numbers daily so I can formulate a better plan on how to reach out to more people out there.

PROS: One of the things that I like about the company that created SendX is its CSR team. They never fail to amaze me with the amount of dedication and support they put into their clients. There hasn’t been a time that they left us hanging in the middle of a problem. They make sure that everything is okay on our end before ending the call. That is why I’m never replacing SendX with another product because they always help me exceed my goals by ensuring that all of my B2B campaigns are running smoothly.

CONS: Nothing major in particular. But I am looking forward to a better version of the program; seamless integrations with more apps.

PROS: I do not know about creating emails that would pique my client's interest. No wonder most of them are not even seen or auto-deleted from their inbox. With SendX, you can be sure that your emails will no longer be ignored by teaching you how to compose better content. I would also like to commend their customer service team for always being present to help us fix things right away.

CONS: It allows me to pull up reports and customize them according to my liking. However, I think there is still room for more enhancements that can improve the product.

PROS: I used to think that email marketing is not worth the effort because it's too time-consuming. It produces very minimal results, which can lead to a lot of frustrations. However, SendX proved me wrong because of its ability to automate the sending of emails, and it helps me come up with better-looking emails that would convince the clients to get back to you.

CONS: It can take some time to get comfortable with SendX because it comes with too many features that you need to be familiar with. I didn’t have any issues in learning the program; however, some of us were struggling. I hope that they could provide more classroom-based training sessions to help address the concerns of the majority.

PROS: One of the best things and SendX is known for is its wonderful customer support team. The staff has been very helpful in teaching us and answering our queries. They've remained consistent with the level of service that they are providing since the beginning. We are happy that we are finally marketing our products the right way.

CONS: It's a little bit tricky to learn how to create forms, pop-ups, and landing pages. All of these are new to me. I also go through different issues while editing my campaign materials.

PROS: The User Interface is one of a kind and packed with amazing features that I can enjoy. Also, the CS team is well trained to handle difficult issues that matter to entrepreneurs like me.

CONS: All of the features are very useful. There is nothing more that I can ask for.

PROS: Organizing your content can sometimes be a no brainer. Good to know that premade templates can be beneficial and a time saver as well.

CONS: Minor issues that can be resolved overnight. However, I would like to request an upgrade on the UI. Like possibly organizing the list of campaigns that we are running to have visibility of our numbers.

PROS: This platform is one of the best when it comes to email marketing. It's guaranteed to deliver fast results and positive responses from your recipients. Lastly, I could not argue with the support team because they are simply the best.

CONS: I cannot pinpoint anything that I dislike about SendX. The features are great, and the response time is pretty fast.

PROS: I was looking for a platform that will not cost me too much money. So I decided to use the free trial offered by SendX, and they exceeded my expectation. That is why I decided to get a paid subscription, and it worth every cent.

CONS: Integration problems are starting to become more frequent, so I suggest that they fix this before it comes to the point that they’ll begin to lose clients. I also think that they should diligently count all sent emails to improve our ways of sending them to our clients.

PROS: The program consists of the most fundamental features that make it easy to learn and understand. I figured out how it works by watching minimal tutorial videos online.

CONS: Reporting features needs some serious work done. We have multiple sources, so it helps that the consolidation process would run smoothly.

PROS: The support team is one of a kind. They are always there to save me from getting into trouble. At first, I was quite hesitant to ask for help, but they still go beyond their call of duty to make me feel comfortable using SendX.

CONS: I wish that there is a more straightforward approach on how to create pop-ups. I am having difficulty whenever I need to adjust their sizes because I find it time-consuming.

PROS: It has amazing email deliverability. It has got awesome support and UI UX is simple enough to understand. We moved from mailchimp quite easily.

CONS: There isn't much I can think of. I guess it's email editor could be better but they have awesome templates that you can use right out of the box.
