Tapping the power of Salesforce for greater automation

What are the best aspects of this product?

Pardot's Salesforce integration gives you the power of salesforce within marketing automation. I also love that we are able to obtain on Adwords campaigns and any UTM campaign that we run, allowing us to tie these prospects directly to opportunities. Updates and training is also great and customer support has also been Incredible to assist if we need help or may be experiencing technical difficulties.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not being able to see which webpages my opportunties/customers/prospects are visiting on an aggregate level is disappointing. I'm not also able to see how many of each segment visit each page, which would be useful for testing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Pardot, we were able to automate the entire lower acquisition cost customers through e-commerce and increase automated revenue through this segment by 100% in the past 6 months.
