What are the best aspects of this product?

Pardot is surprisingly easy to learn with the immense support database available and its incredibly easy to use dashboard. Reporting is also great as it is able to drill down more and provide some crucial, insightful data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The connectors such as the ones for Facebook, LinkedIn, and WebEx can be a little confusing to implement, though this isn't directly related to how Pardot works.
I also wish there were more features when building an email template within Pardot, like having more access to HTML specific code snippets that is unique to email and easier tracking methods.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me in implementing email marketing with an older database as I get to learn what types of subject lines and templates work best with our segmentation of customers.
