Pardot is a very helpful product for our company

What are the best aspects of this product?

Pardot provides great report features. The tool itself is easy to use and it allows us to review the effectiveness of the efforts we make and what works best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that we cannot fully integrate Pardot. Also I need “export as PDF” options so we can easily provide print outs of the email templates. And an option with time tracking so we can see how much time we have spent on the email. The graphs are great but we would like to know about those who make the percentages. In addition, we would like to know who forwards the emails so we can know which contacts are interested.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to use emailing options more and to realize that this is money saving solution for our company. We try to launch our first campaign and we look forward to see the results of it and to send warm leads to our sales department. This tool helps us to find and create new ways to promote our products to our clients and audiences.
