What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, this tool is easy to use but whenever we run into some issue all we have to do is to click on the “Talk to Pardot Solutions” button and the team shows up. They are highly useful, knowledgeable, patient and responsive to our needs. They always help us with some problem or issue. Also, I like its dynamic list feature it is easy to set up and helps you to deploy the business logic onto the campaigns so you can be sure that the right people will get the message at the right time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is the process to import the email addresses in a list format.

This software helps us to implement and accelerate the value we get from the investment in marketing automation process. The integration with Salesforce is beneficial for us because it help us to reach right people at the right time.
