What are the best aspects of this product?

Pardot is clear, intuitive and easy to use system. The support team is amazing and you can reach them through chat or phone. They really care about all your needs. I like that they constantly update the UI so it can be more and more simple and understandable. By leading the step-by-step processes you can create campaigns and launch them. You can rely on the WYSIWYG editor if you are non-tech user or you can use codes if you already have some experience with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took me some time to figure out how to quickly update the landing pages and emails, but I believe this is because I have used the old UI because the new UI is easier to use and to navigate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps you to easier analyze the success of the campaigns and to update and change the from one place. It saves lot of time and money.
