What are the best aspects of this product?
Pardot's easy to use and their customer support reps are quick to respond, helping me learn the system better and be able to leverage the systems' capabilities further. Its collaboration with Salesforce has made the system and its benefits even stronger.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Pardot's email feature does not offer all of the capabilities I would like to implement in email formatting and it's not always user friendly. I'd also love to see more reporting features available in the automated user reports system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Through Pardot, our business' web activities and sales campaigns have increased, with the effectiveness increased as well. Through its integration with Salesforce, our reps are able to track and follow up with customers and prospects, making our internal activities and reporting much more streamlined. We're able to increasingly leverage our marketing activities for sales, and vice versa.
