What are the best aspects of this product?
First things first, Pardot’s customer support team is one of the best I have ever worked with. They helped us to create detailed launch plan and steps to successfully implement the product. They also helped us to migrate from another solution and to transfer everything we have built and reconfigured. We are allowed to measure the attributions in Pardot and Salesforce. I see that the system spends in engineering and product enhancements because they are very frequent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think they could add more thorough reporting for campaign influence and to improve the life-cycle and influence reporting. Also, it would be extremely helpful if they could add more options in drip programs.
