What are the best aspects of this product?

Pardot allows us to do the work of more than 20 people even though we are only 5 in our marketing department. Thanks to the automation, drip programs, page action alerts Sales we receive immediate notification when someone is interested and we are able to be more focused on creating the emails and new drips. I have to say that the Pardot’ support team is great they are always willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you don’t use Salesforce then the integration with Pardot is not smooth, we had to solve the problem with some sync but it doesn’t works 100% perfect. But, this company always listens to their customers and I believe they could solve the problem and add more features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to make lot of automatic touches to our potential customers to increase their interest. The automatic notifications when someone is looking up on our pages is extremely helpful for us. The fact that we have advanced and accurate reporting on email opens and click helps us to better understand the client’s behavior.
