What are the best aspects of this product?

I like both user experience and environment. I am amazed of the support and response time. We have migrated from another solution to this one and its introduction videos where clear and understandable. I also like the community of the Pardot. As a designer I have to say that I love its templates for landing pages and emails and I haven’t experienced any issue when setting up files for future campaigns. We are able to include the marketing department so they can handle and work with recipient lists and analytics.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a learning curve, but if you are familiar with design and development then you won’t have any problems. I advise you to take a look and pay attention to its instructional videos so you won’t miss a detail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us with email campaign process and strategies. We have seen benefits with lead response and ability to create landing pages and emails on the go.
