What are the best aspects of this product?
Pardot provides a new level of professionalism to our email marketing and provide a systematic approach to communicating with prospects and customers. Its full integration with Salesforce keeps all of our contact history in one place that's easily accessible. We've also been able to organize and streamline prospecting strategies, follow up tasks, and after-sale communication as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there was a way to easily sort out emails from the account's activity history in Salesforce. Right now, activity history gets cluttered with duplicate entries for each contact in the account. It would be helpful to have a simple way to view activity history less the Pardot emails.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Through the platform, we are able to communicate with prospects and customers more efficiently, distribute content more professionally, and drive engagement with our website and email marketing, adding more value to our interaction with customers in the process.
