MailerLite Review

PROS: I have used MailerLite for almost 2 years now and it is very easy to use. And their customer support is fast to respond.

CONS: Better geolocation of subscribers coming from forms not hosted on MailerLites servers, plus the ability to manually change the location field.

PROS: Good customer support and value for money. It is very easy to use platform

CONS: The landing page options could be made better

PROS: Comes with all the marketing tools needed at a price that is unbeatable.

CONS: Some drag & drop modules disappeared (probably for fixing) when they were needed.

PROS: The campaigns, automations and integration with the Stripe payment processing platform are easy to setup and work perfectly. Email deliverability is as good as it gets and beats other more expensive solutions by a long shot. My experience with the support team really amazed me. I had made a mistake with my CloudFlare configuration. Maria from MailerLite Support identified the problem extremely quickly, it was all sorted out in no time. I can honestly say that I have never encountered such effective support before in my entire life.

CONS: I haven't encountered any issues or anything that I'm unhappy with. I've been able to achieve everything that I set out to achieve with the only issues being errors on my part. Thankfully the support team are super helpful and talented.

PROS: The ease of use. The features like automation, forms, and detailed analytics. I got a promotion at work because I introduced Mailerlite to the company. It is so effective and reliable. The customer care service (especially Viada) is top-notch. They make the work easier. Wait a minute, did I forget to say the fantastic templates they have? Oh my goodness!!! What cant they do?

CONS: The pricing is a bit too high. Also, integration with other programs and website needs to be worked on. Lastly, the mobile app needs more features.

PROS: Best value for money tool. Ideal for email subscriber list management, including campaigns, landing pages, simple websites, signup forms, or popups.

CONS: Some smaller hiccups like user interface is sometimes not completely consistent. Page loading speed is sometimes slow. But both issues are minor

PROS: fast working, good support, relatively cheap, unsubscribed leads are not deleted

CONS: no source of the form if you have one form on different pages

PROS: Dynamic content is the selling point for me. Others don\\\'t offer such a good service either

CONS: pricing changeover to the new Mailerlite. The only frustration was an offer to migrate which expired before my renewal date a few months ago. So I\\\'m still on Classic.

PROS: I am comparing 3 solutions for our project and MailerLite is by far the best. Very easy and intuitive to use. Everything I need built in: Website/Landing page builder, payment systems, double opt-in, customize to our domain, DKIM and SPF integrations to ensure deliverability, campaign automation and email flow, nice UI and even a developer API. FANTASTIC customer support - Very fast and had a solution for each of my questions.

CONS: Takes a few seconds to load the editor - Nothing crazy.

PROS: One of the easiest tools to use and we are huge fan of their analytics dashboard. We appreciate the affordability as well.

CONS: More themes and more creative templates

PROS: Ease of use. Clean GUI. Excellent customer support with very fast response times.

CONS: There was a slight iccup with loggin in when MailerLite didn't recognise my credentials - I reached out to customer support and the issue was fixed within minutes.

PROS: It si free for begginers (up to 1000 subscribers), it is easy to use,

CONS: Everthing is ok.

PROS: Everything I need on my e-mail marketing strategy, including amazing landing page builder, great automation, extremely easy to use and a absolutely outstanding support.

PROS: Their immediate help throw their technical support is superb!

CONS: The limit of 1,000 subscribers is not enough for most businesses.

PROS: Very easy to use and also very powerful tool. For most users, It solves 99,9% - 99,999% of tasks. Another topic is customer service. Never seen like this before. They take it really seriously. This is just extraordinary! Ecpecially Maria. Thank you so much for finding answers to all my questions.

CONS: Page editor is a bit slow. 2-3 seconds to load. I really hope they are working with this.

PROS: Very good customer service, easy to use integration of links, images and text via different templates.

CONS: Change between old and new version were not quite clear, but customer service explained this very well.

PROS: This app looks really professional all-over! My favorite features include automation, content testing, creation of landing pages, and the wide range of options for form designs! Blows my mind how easy it is to do all these things in a single app. Customer support is excellent!

CONS: It takes time to load when using it in a web browser.

PROS: Flat pricing. No drama around usage.There is no worries about number of emails you are allowed to send.

CONS: Ability to segment responses.

PROS: Very easy to use, easy to see interface. The support is very fast and helpful.

CONS: I didn't find any problem points

PROS: I haven't used MailerLite yet as I had a couple questions. I received a very quick response from Norbert who answered my question. When I asked a followup question, I received another quick response. So far given my limited experience, their customer service is very prompt and helpful, which is important to me since I'm not getting any help from MailChimp, probably because I have a free account there. MailLite also has competitive pricing and offers non-profits a 30% discount and if you pay annually instead of monthly, they provide a 30% discont.

CONS: NA.

PROS: It\'s simple to use, the intuitive interface, the multiple functions of use and customer support

CONS: I have no problems with that

PROS: The interface is phenomenal, and the integration to my website was seamless. I had a question for customer service, and I expected an answer "within 24 hours" per most other sites. I received a personal email in response 15 minutes later. So very impressed.

CONS: I haven't found anything yet, but I am still in the nascent stages of using the features. I am excited to see what else Mailerlite can do to increase my reader retention and up my subscribers.

PROS: It's a really generous app! It has so many functions, and the developers made sure that new instructions to utilize each function will be sent out to users when needed. It allows you to have up to 1000 subscribers and send out 12,000 emails a month even if you're using a free account.

CONS: Some features are a little confusing such as determining double options which makes managing the subscriber list a bit laborious.

PROS: I like the very streamlined and non-fussy UI of this tool. It is easy to use and understand.

CONS: It is on the slower end compared to other competitors. You will have to wait a few seconds longer to navigate around the tool.

PROS: free tier was good up until you give the business payment.

CONS: Tried to use this service, so I uploaded a campaign and purchased the 10k user tier. Support needed to approve the 10k list first, which is ok. So, they did not approve and told me I could not send a campaign to a list of users because some of them were not authenticated. Ok, so I asked for a refund as no campaign was actually sent. At that point, they argued it was against their policy to provide a refund because my list was no good and it goes against their policy to have a poor list. So, it seems that the company is selective about how many emails you can send even if you pay for a certain number, and they will not refund even if you never send an actual campaign. Terrible support and policy that stole my money and gave nothing back.

PROS: MailerLite offers a wide range of design templates for content blocks, landing pages, pop-ups, and other forms. The templates are easily customizable which we found really helpful in our lead generation campaigns.

CONS: Not really an issue, but I think it would be better if there are more design options for a landing page.

PROS: This app is almost incomparable to its competitors like MailChimp in terms of features and customer service. MailerLite has a wide variety of features (add-ons) that come with its base price. If I'm using MailChimp, I have to pay a fee to get such features. The support staff is really reliable!

CONS: I don't have negative things to say about this platform. It's perfect!

PROS: One of the best things about this platform is its customizable design templates for newsletters. It totally makes the job simpler for people without any experience of layout and design. Setting up was a breeze, too!

CONS: Although it's easily customizable, I think the tools and workspace for editing can still be further optimized -- just minor things like an easier way to select recently used colors.

PROS: I find this program really useful especially with its automated mailing, split campaign, and analytics features. I use this app to send out training emails to new staff and newsletters to our customers. The available templates make it so much easier for me to keep in touch with stakeholders and other key people in my business.

CONS: MailerLite won't allow you to open an account unless your emails are linked to your own website or any legit website for that matter. I totally do understand it is necessary to filter out spams. Searching for a specific subscriber can be a hassle. I hope the developers add an option to do this.

PROS: Two of my favorite things about this platform are its competitive price and its simple and intuitive automation systems! It offers so much for very little cost. They offer a free plan -- not a trial plan, so you can use it for as long as you want. With subscriber (1000) and email (10,000) limits, of course!

CONS: It's understandable, but customizing can be a problem when using a free plan because only a few options for templates are available.

PROS: I've been using MailerLite for only a month and my mind is already blown bigtime about how it's performing better than most of the pricey platforms I used in the last two decades. It offers so much with just a little cost, providing more opportunities (and resources!) for me to grow my business. Learning to use it didn't really become a problem. I didn't have to allot so much time to get used to it, unlike the previous platform I was using.

CONS: There is no easy way to use all MailerLite features with multiple websites. This is something you have to work on. It's completely possible, but adapting takes time.

PROS: This platform is really intuitive and well-rounded. I love how simple the interface is. It's not hard to learn which makes it beginner-friendly. The support team is also always ready to help! They are extremely prepared with visual guides and even written instructions to address customer concerns. I couldn't ask for a better customer support service.

CONS: Some button isn’t that easy to see. So, perhaps the developers can improve the layout a bit to optimize workspaces within the app.

PROS: I hate to compare, but this software is so much better than MailChimp -- more user-friendly, provides more options, and better customer service!

CONS: I wish we could integrate the other platforms/apps that we're using in the business into this platform.

PROS: I love the drag-and-drop editor! It's the best feature of this platform among its many other useful and user-friendly tools. It's really an effective platform.

CONS: So far, so good!

PROS: This platform offers a lot of options for me to reach out to our customers.

CONS: I can't pinpoint a specific weakness of the platform, but I think it can still be further improved as trends change.

PROS: I like its functionality! Everything I loved with other platforms, such as creating landing pages, grouping subscribers, and automating visuals, are all combined in MailerLite. It's a user-friendly app -- really functional and intuitive.

CONS: Setting up accounts requires a lot of work since you have to fill in a lot of details. While I totally understand the reason behind this, I think it will scare off some users especially those who are new to the field.

PROS: - Free up to 1.000 subscribers. Good for when you want to test something around and don't want to pay (paid plans are affordable as well) - UI is simplistic, clear and really easy to use - Great support.

CONS: - You have to have website to get approved, without that you will not be able to send any campaigns - If you want email marketing for e-commerce - MailerLite has limited integrations for that.
