PROS: Insightly is great for improving the workflow, contact management status and creating projects. We love the integrations with Google, Mailchimp and others. We can store emails sent through Google to Insightly account. This software is easy to use, easy to set up and it’s very intuitive. I have used other CRM platforms but they are all complex and difficult to operate. I like that Insightly provide us with new features.
CONS: I would like to see improvements in the integration with Quickbooks. We have to add invoices and clients first and then we can view them into Quickbooks. Also, I would like to add contacts to Quickbooks vie Insightly. I cannot upload activity set task through CSV file so I have to enter manually.

PROS: Our sales, project managers and accounting team are all in one place and on the same page with our clients. We don’t need to lose time in sharing mails anymore. Insightly helps us to make easy transition of opportunities to projects. We can even link emails and add contract for each project. We are using the tag features to distinguish projects and we are able to assign owners as well.
CONS: They need to improve their integration with Quickbooks, because the connection is not stable at all. Also, we have to revert contracts back to project managers instead of having an easy access via mobile device. The feature for reporting is good, but when clients sign multiple contracts or even duration of the client lifecycle the long-term profiles cannot be found. Also, there is a delay when we try to link accounts or contacts to other companies.

PROS: Insightly caters perfectly to our business needs. It is well-designed and is highly customizable. It enables us to effectively manage all our business relations.
CONS: I have had no problems with using Insightly, so far. On the contrary, I am happy with the product itself as well as with their customer service. Insightly is user-friendly and comes with a lot of functionalities. They have an awesome support team that promptly attends to our queries.

PROS: Insightly is a really amazing software that provides us with contact integration, side bar extension and integration with Gmail. We are able to create tasks, projects, activity sets, we can even manage our client’s relationships and we can develop systematic courses of action so we can attract new clients. Great CRM tool that helps in every management department. We are able to keep track of our client relationship via Leads to Opportunities and Customer tools.
CONS: In my opinion, they need to improve their integration with Outlook and to increase the functionality in Gmail side bar.

PROS: Insightly is a CRM tool that can be integrated with several social media platforms. It is a reliable solution for customer engagement, project management, and data storage. I highly value my relationship with my clients and this tool helped me gain insights on how to serve them better.
CONS: It took some time for me to be fully acquainted with all of Insightly’s features. I have had a very good experience using it so far, but I would like it better if I can use it to send HTML emails.

PROS: Insightly empowers you with a better understanding of your business. Several tasks can be performed with this tool. It comes handy for storing and organizing data, scheduling and tracking events, and managing projects at large. I find its calendar and Gmail integration features to be particularly useful.
CONS: I would have a better experience with using Insightly if their customer service would improve. It would also be nice if they could add more functionalities to their Gmail integration feature.

PROS: Insightly is great for business relationship management solutions. It is very intuitive, useful and easy to set-up. We love the integration with Google Apps, it’s very helpful. We use the tag and map feature for improving relationships between contacts and this is very helpful tool for both our company and our clients.
CONS: I hate to say this, but they lack some important features such as: auto-completing contact info based on their Linkedln, email signatures, notes and etc. I would like to see more integrations with other social networks. Also, it would be good if they can include more marketing features.

PROS: We love how simple and intuitive Insightly is. We are provided with social media connection, integrations and many other beneficial features. We can store all information of our clients and we don’t have to worry about managing large sales team. Insightly is really helpful platform.
CONS: I wish they could improve their customization options such as editing filters and customizing views. We would like to know of specific custom fields for each client. We would like feature that will help us to keep track of specific data.

PROS: I love the ability to keep track of opportunities so I can turn them into projects when they become approved or even when the sale is made. Insightly helps you to track the life-cycle of the opportunity to the fulfillment. Also, all your data, tasks, projects and notes are kept in one place. I must tell that I love the feature- the visual of the stages and pipeline.
CONS: I would like to have text with the visual of the pipeline instead of searching over the pipeline image so I can see which stage the project is in. I don’t like the limitation of the projects and opportunities list. It’s time wasting to scroll and click through all the numbers of the projects list.

PROS: Insightly provides us with many features. It provides us with full picture from organizations to people and tags. There is a task feature that is really helpful, I can’t imagine my work without it. The app is easy to use and very intuitive. I managed to transfer all my data into Insightly effortlessly. Their customer service is very responsive and welcoming.
CONS: I get updates from Insightly to other app but not in both ways. I have trouble with identifying duplicate organizations and contacts, for e.g. in my contact list Central Market and Central Markets is the same place.

PROS: Insightly is mix of many features and uses that are very beneficial for our business. This app has understandable and easy customizable interface and it’s easy to set up to for our sales flow and business practices. Insightly provides us with advantage of an integration project management modules. The customer service is very friendly and responsive to all our needs and issues.
CONS: First of all, the app is for small to medium sized businesses that doesn’t need more functional packages in IT. Also, I would like to see more advances options and reporting tools like every market solutions provide. It has limited scalability.

PROS: Insightly offers many features and benefits, even the price meets our company needs. What I like most about this app, is that they are always open to new suggestions, they build and grow their app based on the needs of their users. This app allows me to link my contacts, opportunities, assign tasks, and create projects and organizations. We love the integration with Google Drive and Social Linking. I can connect my email to Insightly emails. Also, the app provides me with great search engine so I can easily find organizations and contacts. I love the filter feature too. Custom Fields and Categories are very useful options they make Insightly more unique.
CONS: It’s is really complex to convert contact and attach into existing company. Also, they need to be more flexible when users want to make some changes, because they are not available to make some accidently changes or when they want to delete something.
Overall impression
Two things I like about this software. First, it loads the contact person's social media profile, position, and other important data once you save his email on Insightly. That saves you a lot of time to discover more info about the prospect. Although I came across a weakness here—once I saved a prospect's business and personal email addresses and Insightly created two contacts. This doesn't seem a big problem for me because I know the person, but for a new team member, she'll find it confusing who is who between the two contacts. Which brings me to the second thing I like about the software, it's useful for transitioning. The double entry contact aside, any new member can quickly get a summary of the prospect including the deliverables and services provided by the outgoing team member. It's a smooth transition that helps you to deliver consistent quality service to your clients no matter who's in your team.
