icCube Review

Scenario #1: MassXess​, a digital service company, needed a massive scalable software to be integrated into their in-house solution and their very detailed security system supporting 1000+ users. They also required the ability to provide real-time dashboards with a maximum 5-second delay between a change in the database and the automatic refresh of the reports.

icCube was able to do it in 3 seconds only and was seamlessly integrated in their solution with custom on-the-fly authorization and authentication. Moreover, alerts were added to icCube where specified users are notified when thresholds are met.

Custom features can be requested on-demand and are provided with the best time-to-market by icCube’s team.

Scenario #2: Kantar Worldpanel is a market leader in online surveys and had Quality of Service and scalability issues with their former provider. They had to load and unload thousand of schemas per hour and therefore chose icCube for enabling to meet these very specific i/o needs. It has now been over 3 years that Kantar uses the same version of icCube in production, 0 bug!

Scenario #3: Newton Energy Group provides services based on their SaaS solution Enelytix for energy market modeling. The simulations they run are computationally complex and generate large volumes of output data. They needed a solution that would be able to integrate with their use of AWS, efficiently scale, and allow users to work directly with Excel.

Through icCube’s incredibly efficient backup and restore process we are able to keep servers on AWS shutdown when users are not working with reports and activate them quickly when a user wants to revisit simulation results.

Users run simulations on their own schedule. With the Partitioning module that supports flat file data sources, anytime a customer runs additional simulations, we can quickly load the output data into an existing Cube without any additional pre-processing.

Most industry analysts are expert Excel users. icCube allows us to deliver simulation results to our customers directly in Excel. Using PivotTables, PivotCharts and PowerMap users are able to dynamically explore simulation results.
