HubSpot has an extensive offering of different features and allows syncing with different marketing platforms. HubSpot has also addressed communication among team members. As a one-stop-shop for all our marketing needs, HubSpot eradicated our reliance on multiple software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Exploring HubSpot may be overwhelming especially if you're a small business. Much of the challenge stemmed from learning its ins and outs. Needless to say, it required a deep learning curve which many small businesses would want to avoid because that's time that could have been allotted on more valuable, revenue-generating tasks.
