What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that the people behind HubSpot constantly upgrades the platform with new and essential features, eliminating the need for external add-ons. They are very hands-on with customers as it regularly leaves messages on how you can maximize a feature. Our fave about it is that it integrates smoothly with many platforms we didn't have to begin all over when we transferred to HubSpot. We also love how it enables us to schedule posts in bulk,

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have zero issues with HubSpot. But it would be great if HubSpot could compile and update us with news bits on modifications or new features it made in a month. Also, there are some parts when customizing which will require coding and I just abhor coding.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Driving leads back to your site is the most ambitious goal in marketing. Nevertheless, HubSpot was a big booster in pulling back leads and turning many of them into full conversions.
