A must-have to be successful in marketing

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hubspot implements smoothly everything I need to do to run a successful marketing campaign. What more is that it does the much-needed analytics of the behavior of web visitors and leads real-time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had an issue once on HubSpot's inability to merge the different arms of operations into the centralized system but this had been addressed promptly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We gained more understanding about our customers as HubSpot helped us learn the metrics we need to keep a close eye on when marketing.
