PROS: We love working with HasOfferes every single day. Being an integration partner, we were able to largely benefit from its extensive API in creating our product. The API offers plenty of opportunities for developing an invoicing solution that's flexible. That's on top of the functionality offered by HasOffers. Aside from its fantastic technical basis, we're happy with the work the TUNE team has done.

CONS: Depending on data volume, certain API responses takes awhile to roll out.

PROS: Great team. They're good at what they do. Product is reliable. Company is trustworthy from the start.

CONS: HasOffers doesn't seem to have a server in China. Therefore, system operations on our end won't run efficiently. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this would be resolved.

PROS: We have been barely using your product for almost 2 years with a hope to growing our advertising branch, but we never did. We wanted to cancel the contract or downgrade - but Tune management do not agree, they want us to pay it fully even we do not use it. We contacted Tune nicely asking to downgrade it, cancel it...in return we got "deal" that we can cancel it and pay it fully to the end (whats the point) or we can extend it for another 12 months. Thank you! That is what I was looking for

CONS: I think that company could be more friendly and help-full, rather than selling their stuff and then counting just money. We were pushed to extend the contract for another 12 months, even we have not used it....and now we regret it

PROS: I love the intuitiveness of the software. The platform offers seamless integration with other softwares. These include 24metrics, Fraud Shield, and AffiliTest. User-friendly.

CONS: There are some areas that are cumbersome to deal with. For example, if a publisher won't apply for an offer, you'll have to push push into the campaign card. Then you'll need to make a phsyical approval of them. It's challenging when a publisher wants to push more than one campaign or whenever a publisher settles to pushing a single campaign.

PROS: It can be challenging to get a suitable mobile attribution partner. In order to analyze what the requirements of your business are and which products are providing powerful enough features to fit your ultimate objective and metrics. More than 3 mobile attribution partners were interviewed by me and so far HasOffers has been found to be the most suitable amongst all in providing the product to keep a track of your mobile campaigns. Detailed insights focused into the partner networks and campaigns are provided by the products that are discovered and distributed by them. Being one of their worthy clients we have been continually involved in the beta products they have and are mostly asked to give acknowledgement to help in creation of their upcoming products.

CONS: Your capabilities to do anything at all or access data in your campaigns gets obstructed when the reporting is down (which is the case mostly) compared to its smooth functioning and experience when all things are working properly. It may seem to be costly as each of our clicks is being charged and mostly the events are described by Tune. This leads to the imbalance in our ability to keep a track in order to reduce the charges every month.

PROS: UI is really easy to get around in. Very simple to operate. Support staff has been great. They know what they're talking about when resolving issues.

CONS: Processing capabilities are missing. This becomes evident if a huge data pull is involved. Limited filtering. This goes for both pre- and post- data pull.

PROS: Hasoffers is a straightforward affiliate marketing campaign management system that is tailored to a niche industry of affiliate marketing. The software has been in the industry for years now and as result of this has been able to make improvements on the UI improving its efficiency and the accuracy of its core tracking. The software is best in its class and is operated by a world-class team of software engineers with a passionate all-star team supporting them. Peter is an amazing CEO.

CONS: SSL installation in a more streamlined fashion would help the company immeasurably.

PROS: The daily tasks that are done with HasOffers are enjoyed a lot by us. Comprehensive API gives us the benefit that we use as a base to construct our product mostly as we are an integration partner. There are large numbers of opportunities provided by API which are used in order to create an adjustable invoicing solution over the functionality of HasOffers. Apart from the excellent technical basis, TUNE team has also proven to be phenomenal. It is also impressive the way various requirements of companies whether large or small are fulfilled through this service's features that keep track of performance. They have 24/7 support service availability for their clients from anywhere in the world. The interface is very simple to work with and has a wide range of features which will provide you help when you will need to do traffic optimization and assessment.

CONS: Due to the amount of data, few responses of API are slower.

PROS: HasOffers offers things for us. As a matter of fact, they've recently signed a BAA with us. The team of account management is responsive and highly technical. After some hand holding, the platform becomes a little easier to utilize.

CONS: Its "install" event isn't labelled within our own affiliate reporting. This led to some confusion with our affiliates. Conversions become registration if there happens to be monetary value designated to it. On the other hand, mobile events consisting of conversions without financial avalues will install.
