What are the best aspects of this product?
This tool is simple and easy to use, its customer service is one of the best. It stores the templates and you can reuse them for creating new mails. This saves lot of time when it comes to sending out emails. There is even an option to store all the contacts in separate group. I like that we have several database under the same account. I’m able to narrow down the target audience and to eliminate contacts that are unsubscribe. Also, I like the reporting aspect I like that we are able to see those who open the email and those who didn’t and the names that are removed from databases.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d l like to see more features when paying small tier because I have to pay extra for using a feature that I need most. Also, it would be great if the names in the database to be eliminated when bounce occurs, I don’t like that we have to do this by ourselves.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows us to schedule emails so they could be send to specific databases at any given moment. It allows us to keep our database more organized. Reports for email blast are extremely important to read the analytics and to put a title to emails because this is first thing when you try to open the mailbox.
