PROS: Constant Contact has great support team that is always available for help. My team doesn’t have some special tech skills and they often ask for help, CC team is always responsible and ready to solve the problem. Its templates are easy to navigate and they are customizable, it allows us to create professional-looking emails. We can easily upload list of contacts in order to send it via email. It provides us with real-time data in open rates and clicks. The unsubscribe options are easy to manage.

CONS: We hold four location and the problem is that we can’t schedule more than 2 emails at the same time. The navigation can be complex and it can get fussy and we have to figure out the right place to click. Also, there are some issues when copy/paste text and formatting in the system.

Also, I’m able to see when someone is clicking on internal links and what content they interact with and are interested in seeing. I like that I always know what’s interesting for my public.

CONS: I have found out that working from templates can be limited. This is great for those who don’t have design skills but I personally feel that it limits my design ability. Also, sometimes it crashes and I have to constantly save while working with it.

PROS: With Constant Contact I can easily manage my emails lists and organize them into categories. I can easily manage customer lists thanks to import/export lists features, I like that we can easily import new customers. I like that our emails rarely finish into spam folders. With its customization options I can easily design an email so I can better represent our company’ brand.

CONS: What I don’t like is that the company branding can be found only on premium subscriptions, when working with other mail managing software by purchasing the Premium version we can remove the branding but with this one even with Premium plan still includes the branding. I don’t like that there are limited functionalities for targeted campaigns.

PROS: This tool is simple and easy to use, its customer service is one of the best. It stores the templates and you can reuse them for creating new mails. This saves lot of time when it comes to sending out emails. There is even an option to store all the contacts in separate group. I like that we have several database under the same account. I’m able to narrow down the target audience and to eliminate contacts that are unsubscribe. Also, I like the reporting aspect I like that we are able to see those who open the email and those who didn’t and the names that are removed from databases.

CONS: I’d l like to see more features when paying small tier because I have to pay extra for using a feature that I need most. Also, it would be great if the names in the database to be eliminated when bounce occurs, I don’t like that we have to do this by ourselves.

PROS: I like how easy and user-friendly this tool is. As someone who works at community college we frequently make emails. It allows me to copy layouts, organize them in folders and uploading them with different lists. I really like its analytics, they are detailed and extremely helpful.

CONS: Sometimes the HTML gets weird and the fonts change randomly, this can be really frustrating. Also I have found out that what looks on the desktop is not the same as on my phone.
