Bookafy is an online appointment scheduling solution designed to help small businesses provide online appointment booking services to their clients as well as scheduling services for their employees. The software is created to simplify the scheduling process for business owners and administrators so that they can remove the stress that comes with managing calendars and appointments via automation of a number of related processes, such organizing dates and confirming appointments among other things. PROS: I only used this product for few days. It was not enought complete according to my business. I bought bookle plugin instead that I find much better and much cheaper.

CONS: I regret the service of this compagny. I used Bookafy during less than a week because I wasn't interested about this product and I never ever went back on this site for 6 month. I just realize that during 6 month I was charged every month. I say I realize that because during these previous 6 month I never ever received a payment notification like any other online service. Not only that you receive no email but there is no way on the plateform to get an invoice or receipt. No payment notification and no invoice is not what I call a serious compagny. I fell i'm being riped off.

PROS: The product is easy to navigate/use and has a pleasant user face.

CONS: The CEO is rude, unhelpful and dishonest. He has mis-represented his product by stating that it integrates with zoom, but does not state a crucial point that it does not integrate with all zoom licenced accounts. His support team were non-existent, often not replying for over 7 days. They are ill equipped as they provided incorrect information. I was initially advised i'd be refunded because of their error, but the CEO decided to act dishonourably. Avoid like the plague.

PROS: I like that I found Bookafy so easy to set up. I appreciate all the help of their tech support too because they helped us customize the platform according to the things we needed, so being able to integrate the system with our website is amazing.

CONS: Nothing so far. The tech support has been so patient with every question and concern I send their way.

PROS: Thanks to Bookafy, I have minimized exchanging too many emails when I need to schedule meetings because now I just share a custom link and sync a confirmed appointment on Google Calendar, and even organize future classes.

CONS: Bookafy is excellent and could use Paypal as an option. It would also be great for Bookify to improve the UX on its booking page for customers. Templates are more than welcome, otherwise, I'll just keep using a desktop image I found somewhere.

PROS: Bookafy is a game changer. It has a simple interface, clear features, and easy to use for our team, third-party suppliers, as well as our leads and existing clients because it always finds a slot that fits the schedule of the team and our prospects. Our conversion rate has considerably improved. Bookafy spares us from responding to appointment requests too since people can do it themselves on the site.

PROS: I like that Bookafy helps us in simplifying our processes, especially when clients need to find available timeslots. Their support team is amazing because they helped us customize what we need to do on Bookafy. It's a really good solution for booking appointments at an affordable price.

CONS: It would be great for us to continue having a support team for staff in several time zones. Bookafy initially didn't fit our needs, but they were willing to adapt to our requirements, so that puts them ahead of the curve.

PROS: I like Bookafy's booking software. Of all the ones I've used, this is the easiest to set up in terms of creating an account and getting started. I was able to receive appointments immediately after.

CONS: Bookafy would be even better when they improve the UX, especially in terms of templates we can use on the booking page.
