PROS: This program's interface is clean and intuitive that's why it's enjoyable to use. Aside from that, it's also easy to setup. It does its job perfectly! The best part of this is we can share the generated reports to our clients with just a link.

PROS: Awario is super easy to set up! I love its Boolean search feature. It's really helpful. I also love that it allows us to do a number of things such as viewing and replying to the post without leaving the app.
CONS: Awario has a monthly cap and it's important for agencies, like us with multiple clients, to plan our searches. This is an extra task for us that could have been avoided if Awario has no limit.

PROS: I love that it can filter the mention data which makes it easier for me to track and organize. The best part of it is that all these data can be exported into an Excel file which makes it easier to analyze. The tool itself takes time to learn, but it's really super easy to use once you get a good grasp of it. Thanks also to Awario for having a rich collection of resource materials for new users available on their website.
CONS: The learning curve is steep that it's inevitable to have a trial-and-error phase when it's your first time using it.

PROS: Some of Awario's competitive advantages are: (1) its ability to track mentions across different social media platforms; (2) its straightforward competitor tracking; (3) its "Boolean" feature that allows you to effectively filter the information you're getting, e.g. a search specific for complaints, or a search specific for good reviews.
CONS: It doesn't search through Reddit, but they said it will be possible soon!

PROS: I love the filtering options, especially the "NOT" feature because it's really helpful in removing the data/information that you don't need.
CONS: There is a data limit, so the data previously gathered, such as comments, will be deleted once the limit is reached. I hate that because it doesn't allow me to check old comments which may be useful in creating reports.
