What are the best aspects of this product?

With a lot of smart Google Analytics and website integrations that make it easy to do some complex automation, ActiveDEMAND supports stuff like smart dynamic number insertion and Google Analytics events on conversions right out of the box.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not as pretty as some of the other platforms on the market. But I use it as a tool, so I don't really care how colorful it is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides us better marketing performance attribution, automated email workflows, and social media attribution and planning.
