What are the best aspects of this product?
The biggest upside to the platform is the cost/benefit of having everything, in my case, call tracking, email, landing pages with automation/drip campaign and A/B testing, under one roof. Analytics map/dashboard is awesome as well. Customer support is quick to get back to you if you need help.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The learning curve isn't difficult, but there are a lot of different features and functions and takes a little bit of time to get a grasp on everything.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As an agency, it's sometimes hard to show value or get credit for leads you bring a client. ActiveDEMAND has solved this by branding our name to each lead a client gets through an automatic email to the client, saving time and effort in the process.
