What are the best aspects of this product?

We have enjoyed working with ActiveDEMAND. The software platform is easy to use and intuitive and the call tracking feature lets us route the calls we receive better quicker and to the right party. The staff has made very positive recommendations in our marketing efforts and have helped us grow our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think that I dislike anything about them or their product. Any glitches that we have experienced have been quickly taken care of and explained in an easy to understand manner.
