An awesome lead generation tool that helps us identify leads

What are the best aspects of this product?

ActiveDEMAND templates are awesome. I can configure different base brands and then apply the brand to my email campaigns, landing pages, autoresponders, etc. and keep things consistent. The call tracking feature is also very good. The reporting is very robust so I can see how my efforts are impacting the bottom line.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are not enough campaign templates and I happent to really like the webinar template where everything is built out for me. Email campaigns, registration pages, surveys, etc. I wish there or more of these type of templates to choose from.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I primarily use ActiveDEMAND as a lead generation tool that helps identify sales-ready leads. ActiveDEMAND makes sales more efficient which means more business gets closed.
